I would like to welcome "goofynina" to the admin team, she has proven to be a loyal and trustworthy member of the site. What is a Moderator you may ask? A moderator is someone who is basically a member of the administration team. A "mod" has the power to Lock, Edit, Move, posts. A mod also helps welcome new members and keeps an eye on the site when the "Admin" (Epoman) is not around. A mod is also a person you can turn to if you are having problems with another member or if you have questions about the site.

Our site is growing and at the current rate of growth we are on track to have 400+ members by the end of 2006 so I need help running the site. As the site continues to grow I will need more moderators so if you are interested in becoming a mod stay loyal, post alot, reply to questions from members, welcome new members, and follow the guidelines of the site and when the time comes I just may email YOU. 

Her title says "Global Moderator" that is because she is a mod for the entire site, not just one specific section. So please welcome "goofynina" in her new title as "Mod".

So any questions you may PM her or email her at: goofynina@ihatedialysis.com (wait 48 hours from this post time to send an email, as it is being activated soon)

*with catchers glove in hand*   Come on Kit,  pitch 'em to me girlfriend,  lol,  THANK YOU, i got my first welcome from a member, i am so overjoyed, see all the pretty stars by my name?  i wonder if i can get them in purple?? (hey, they are in purple)   lol,  Aye that Epoman, he thinks of everything doesnt he? ::)  Everyone please be a little patient with me, i am still very new to this BUT, i do intend to be just as good a moderator as Bajanne and Rerun (someday) but of course that will take a little time.  I WONT LET THIS SITE DOWN... Thank you Rerun and Bajanne, it means alot coming from the both of you (and everyone else of course)  please dont hesitate to point out to me all the things i do wrong (although i hope not to do anything wrong) but i am only human right?  This is such a great opportunity for me.  Now i feel like i really belong (not only to this website) but i feel like i have a purpose in life....

changed upon request of 2 posters below me ;) Thx for your advice :) I agree and I have already talked to her about it anyway so it is okay.

She is doing a GREAT job and sorry if I was hard! I was just frustrated lol

Anyway, keep up the good work! I know how it feels to be new at something and 2nd-guess yourself a lot but don't worry you are doing just fine Goofynina ;)
