I just got word from Donnia:
"We are in Lubbock. We just got back from seeing the urologist. He has cleared us for transplant. The only thing that could postpone the tx is that both of us had white blood cells in our urine. That could be normal for me because of my kidney failure. It could also be normal for Joyce because the time of the month it is (or was last week). He is running a culture to make sure we dont have infections. Soooo.... that is all the info I have for now. We will be admitted to the hospital in the morning and I will update again. <3 Donnia"

Man that's exciting (not the white blood cells part) and I hope everything checks out so they get the go-ahead.

"Well, Joyce and I are in the hospital. She is in room 1067 and I am in 1079. So far they have done chest xrays on us and drew blood from Joyce... and tried to draw blood from me twice..... still no luck. Everyone is very nice though. Wouldn't you know it, my nurse is from Wall! I will be posting pictures on my care page soon so be waiting for an update notification. I'll update more soon. <3 Donnia"
