Everyone at my house slept gooooood last night, but Hop-Sing is NOT happy!  He apparently had decided that "daddy's" side of the bed had become his territory.  He's now back to the narrow strip in the middle; however, he did manage to drag five or six toys back in the bed with us when Marvin wasn't looking.  Oh, life is good!

I'm glad my dogs are Italian greyhounds.  They don't take up as much room!

Sleeping next to your husband sounds nice.  I forget what it's like.  But I do know how our cat likes to take up room and push the both of us over when we're watching TV.

Glad to hear life is good Petey.  Ahhh....the simple things.

"Can you believe that a simple thing like sleeping (and just sleeping) together could make two people so happy?"

Yes Petey - I can imagine because I had to go two months (hospital stay and then couldn't climb the stairs once home) at one time before I could climb back into my bed to be beside my husband.  Best sleep I had in two months too I might add.  It can be such a restful sleep.

Take care
