I did hear from MyssAnne. She was headed out to change her system from Baxter to Fresenius. She is home, on oxygen, and on antibiotics. She's very tired, very shaky, but happy to be home!!!
And listen to this... she is determined to get her Secret Santa package sent out today. What a trooper!

Best wishes MyssAnne!  :cuddle;  :santahat;

Hi guys! It's so heartening to have heard from Ran how you (my family) responded to his posting. Thank you for you well wishes and paryers. I sinceredly believe they helped tremendously.  I DO have my package mailed off, we did it Tuesday, I had an outing before the weather got bad! Man, I tell ya what guys. It's amazing how debilitating this can be. Not only did I have MSSA (one step BEFORE MRSA), I had to have a pint of blood as well, I was that anemic. And my IVs kept getting infiltrated and they kept having the hardest time finding a vein to get blood out. Ugh. I am still on oxygen and will be until my neph says I can get off it. Apparently there was a real threat to my heart valves being damaged if they worked any harded than they had.  Time for a nap now....
