Punch
4 cups cranberry juice
2 cups 7 UP

I like the cranberry juice and 7 UP as cold as possible. Usually icy. I don't like to dilute with ice. I usually make enough for a punch bowl. Pineapple rings add a nice touch.

Pecan Pie
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. softened butter
1 cup pecan pieces or halves
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven @ 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until knife comes out clean in the center of pie.
