I'm not going to be on here anymore because Wade (or his parents, who knows) has decided to move to Memphis and not take me with him. So, im moving back in to my moms house in NY while I try to get things together for me. This is a huge shock for me that came out of nowhere. I dont think ill ever be able to be the same.
You all have been an immense help through the past 6 months. I wish you all nothing but the best, and you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

Poohkari, You have done an incredible job of taking care of Wade, researching for him, supporting him in many ways and juggling so much responsibility. I am sorry to hear this and I really wish things could be different. I hope you keep coming back here. We really want to know that you're ok, no matter what. Best wishes to you!

I am so sorry. I don't know what to say to comfort you. I hope Wade and his family know that they owe you a great debt. I do hope you will come back to let us know how you are doing. We will worry about you, you know. Be kind to yourself and get some much needed rest.

i am a 51 year old male on dialysis for 3 years now. This is my second time. My brother donated a kidney to me about 13 years ago. I found this site on another site. I had to laugh when i saw what it was called. I hope to meet people from all over to talk about dialysis.

Who knows what might work out in the future. For the present, we are here for you. Feel free to vent, or rage right here if you need to. That is what family is for. From all of us and from me
