What does everybody do in there spare time?I am so used to working but at the moment i am off with sore ankle(waiting for ankle fusing if anyone had one, they know what it's like)so nothing to do with my kidneys for a change
                :yahoo;     But I am so BORED i can only do so much housework in a day and hubby said me annoying him is wearing a bit thin lol :bandance; any ideas

Personally I spend my free time, reading electronic book on my i(pad phone), watching movies on my iPad, working on my iMac (playing with code to do odd things), playing with the cat.

Developing  an addiction for magazines, watching tv, trying to organise all the papers to file tax return, and applying for extension.

1985 transplant from dad
1998 lost dads kidney, start PD
2003 peritineum burst, back to hemo
2012 start Nxstage home hemo
2020 start Gambro AK96

       still on waitinglist, still ok I think

Working out or swimming, cooking, genealogy, getting ready for my transplant. Firing my cleaning lady today so suppose I'll have to run the vacuum and haul out my own trash bleh

Yard work and other work around the house, learning to cook, reading, working out to maintain what fitness is possible.

Spare time:  When my cat sits at his bowl and yowls that it is time to make a deposit towards his ever-expanding midsection, otherwise known as his "spare tire".

Husband had ESRD with Type I Diabetes -Insulin Dependent.
I was his care-partner for home hemodialysis using Nxstage December 2013-July 2016.
He went back to doing in-center July 2016.
After more than 150 days of being hospitalized with complications from Diabetes, my beloved husband's heart stopped and he passed away 06-08-21. He was only 63.
