I think the "normal" PD diet is very high in protein. I eat 4 eggs (only one yolk) for B'fast and about 1/2 lb of meat or fish for dinner and I still come in too low on albumin. I doubt that Keto is higher than that. Keto is mainly about very low carbohydrate and high fat.
