UK - Dialysis to loose specialist commisioning service

Hello JW77,

I have just been clicking your : http://tiny.cc/LondonKidneySocial and have been very surprised

to come across an advert for healthy people to sell one of their kidneys for £70.000 - £80.000...

(sell a kidney on-line...)  ... supposedly to assist them to "get rid off" financial depts etc.
 
I am a little surprised about reading this, because your other "click-on's" seem quite harmless enough about kite-flying etc....

My question to you is now: What are you actually doing? Are you in the business of buying and/or selling kidneys ?

I am only asking this question, because IHD does not assist any promotion of financial "kidney-deals"...

No,  was it Facebook Advert. I have NO control over those, or an Advert from a member.??

The Group is a South East UK/ London based and I do not endorse the selling or buying of organs.

I've just looked at the group? Could you email me a screenshot of the offending post/advert please..

 wapmad @ Hotmail.com  (remove the spaces & caps). I can't find anything of the sort.  Also I do use an adblock when browsing the web (to avoid these sorts of adverts)

If London Kidney Socials description isn't clear enough? Could you suggest edits?  The idea is to create an area social, once a month meeting of kidney patients across the capitol. London is ideal for this, having at least half a dozen KPA's and hospitals.  The social won't be linked to them, just a chance to meet up, drink (not too much if your a dialysis patient) and be merry.

I can only assume it was an issue with the TinyCC forwarding.  I've never had issues with that before, but sometimes browsers can get hacked.  Its stopped working for me, so I've just changed the link to the Facebook Address.
