As you may have guessed, I am new here.  I'm 43 year old PD patient since November 2013.  I'm currently trying to be double listed for a kidney tx.  Still undergoing evaluation.  Not really sure what to add here.

Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Thanks.

Let us know how your pre-tx testing goes!  Welcome to the site.

I am a caregiver to my wonderful husband,  He is 4p and started PD October 2013. We have several living donors waiting to be tested for a transplant. Dialysis is a bridge to get us where we need to go.
He had a transplant in November 2019.

Hi Stickman

I'm also on PD for almost a year now.  So far keeping it clean and no infection.

Not really glad to hear you've had to do this, but it is reassuring to see that I am not the Lone Ranger.

Just sad this has to be, that medicine hasn't figured out a better way to prevent such a need for dialysis.

Take Care,

Charlie B
