Has anyone got such problem?   I don't want to take antibiotic this time around as I feel almost ok, went to the gym yesterday and made my routine without any issue.

However, it seems to me that whenever I have a cold, it is followed by a sinus infection, how can you prevent this?

Unfortunatly there isnt much you can do to prevent it. If it is viral then antibiotics wont help anyway. Sometimes just time is best.

I like to use saline spray during a cold. I don't know if that would prevent it but you could try. Saline spray is pretty harmless and can be used when you want. I would recommend getting rid of it after your cold so you don't keep those germs around. It could be worth a try.
