Cost cutting measures

I'm interested in hearing what cost cutting measures that compromise, or have the potential to compromise, treatment other IHD members have had, and at what company's clinic. It's also worth mentioning any cases where staff have gone out of their way to help patients work around cost cutting procedures to get better treatment (if you post this, do NOT mention the specific clinic or the "problem may be corrected").

I recently was subject to a cost cutting measure at a clinic while a transient, but will not post any details until the formal complaint process to the clinic, and if their answer is unacceptable, the state licensing board, has run its course.
