Question and Thoughts about going to an Amusement Park

Tomorrow I’m going to Kings Island with my wife and daughter. Does anyone have experience being on peritoneal dialysis and doing roller coasters? (We’ve all done emotional roller coasters… I’m sure). How is having that 2,5 Liters sloshing around going to affect me? I never have nausea from motion, so I don’t think that will be a problem, but I can’t be sure.
I know some obvious things like too much pressure against the belly area, but most rides use shoulder harnesses and not belts.
My other concern is that I’ll do my overnight, we’ll leave at 8am, and I’ll be dwelling for likely 12-14 hours. I don’t trust to do a manual exchange in our car at the park. Is it best to leave fluid in that long (I know it’s certainly not preferred) OR should I even consider going “dry” for the day. Should that even be a consideration?
I just want to do the right things to have fun. My daughter is so excited to go.

I'm not sure about 2.5 litres sloshing around on a ride. Do you use extraneal? That can be used for a 12 - 14 hour dwell. Otherwise, I'd be inclined to go empty, or maybe have a smaller fill before you get to the fun park.
I hope you all have a wonderful day.

I never did any day exchanges, so going 12-14 hours between never made a different to me. Roller coasters never bothered me either. Going dry for me would have been extremely painful, but I suppose that's different with everybody
The longer dwells would depend on how well you do with your regular dialysis. Are you on bag exchange, or do you use the cycler at night? Extraneal is designed for longer dwells, but I wouldn't use it without talking to your doc/nurse first. Actually, they may have been a good place to start, as they could probably give you tips based on how your numbers look. For example, if your numbers are good, it may not hurt to go the one day without an exchange, as long as you do an exchange as soon as you get home.

Extraneal is not offered by Firsinius, so that's not a choice.
I'm on the cycler at night, and I've never tried a dry day before. All my numbers are good, so I doubt it would kill me, but since I've never tried it, I don't know how I'd feel.
I tend to absorb a lot of fluid, which is probably what would happen... probably about 1.8 liters would be absorbed... and in that case it doesn't seem like having it in me would be all that effective.

If your numbers are generally good, then going empty might be the best way to go.
