You can't delete posts, but you can edit them.  Look for the little blue box that says modify.  You can either change it to something else entirely, or just put "Ignore, double post" or something like that in the title box and leave the message blank.

I'm not sure what you mean by "darn letters,,,...etc." at the bottom of the email.  Perhaps you mean the buttons right above the icons?  The B, I, U, and S are just options for changing the font in your email - or posts.  They work the same - highlight the text you want to change, and click the letter option.  Then you get bold, italic, underline, or strike through.  They, like the long list of smileys, don't show up when you send the message.

Thanks for the first one.   When I private email someone on here, at the bottom of the message I am sending it wants you to copy the letters in the box...all are goofy, then it asks if you are human, the it asks what H2O is.  You must answer all three question before you can send it off.   But this only on doing a private message to someone on here.

I don't know why it's making you prove you are not a spammer before sending a PM, but will ask Sluff if he knows.

Yup, is over 120 days, and an old post, but had very recently used then PM feature, and it still asks that fill in the Capcha's letters and do the 'human' part.
