Yes!!  Especially over the long weekend. I do a MWF evenings shift and my skin is getting worse lately. Dry and patchy and I cut very easy. I think pulling out the fluid does it. Your skin stretches before dialysis then tightens back up after treatment. Plus the fluid is actually toxins so it can be good for the skin. I've taken to mild liquid soap and even a cream/paste soap rinsing off then put moisturizer on and rinse with hot water. But no matter what I do it still feels weird!!  Does not help that I live in south Florida where 60% of the year it is over 100 degrees and CRAZY humid. And I like to spend a lot of time outside!!

Oh yes i like to spend alot of the time outside too! But lucky i live in the UK, so at the moment im spending alot of time inside cos right now its like siberia here!! I   yeah my skin is patchy especially on my arms, so red and flakey and, i do MWF in the evenings it only seems to feel strange after and then i go to bed and wake up everything seems fine, I mean ive managed to keep my fluid in take quite well under control. Ive always had quite itchy skin (eczema) used to tear my calves apart but i do think that might of been phosphate  :bandance;
