Ok here is the skinny so to speak.  I cant sit or sleep in one position long at a time because my arms n legs go to sleep sorta. They get numb and tingley and i have to move n it takes it a few min to return to normal. This really cuts into wat little sleep i do get and is so anoying. Dose anyone else have this problem or is it jsut me? Another thing i know it may sound crazy but my kidneys actulay hurt sometimes like someone is useing them as one of those hand exercise balls. Is that normal? Should i be worried? I hate being a pest but you guys have been so helpful and at least i get a straight answer from u, unlike other places and ppl i have ask. Thanks bunches. :grouphug;

Me & my precious Miracle !!!

« Reply #2 on: October 05, 2012, 10:45:33 PM »

I say it defiantly sounds like RLS. You should question your doctor about it. I have been dealing with RLS for about 2 years now & yes it makes it hard to sit still or sleep! Drives me crazy at times!  :stressed;
My doctor put me on Ropinirole I take 3-4 tablets at 0.5 a day depending on how bad my legs bother me. So far that has really helped me over the last 2 years. I used to think it was just me & then one day I was discribing it to my doctor & he was like I really think you have RLS. So once he started me on medication for it things seemed to get better:)
Good Luck!
