why am I always tired?

For the past few months I've been tired majority of the time. It causes me to sleep when I get home from work and then I can't sleep at night, it's so frustrating! My neph doesn't have any ideas so I stopped bringing it up to him. I have great labs and my bp is fine too.
I only get the maintenance dose of iron.
Here are this months labs.
phos 4.3
k 3.7
albuman 4.4
KT/V 1.4
hemoglobin 12.0
cal 9.0
PTH I forget but it's at a normal level.
Nothing in the labs indicate why I'm having this issue. I'm not even on epo do to my hemoglobin being above normal.
My bp runs 120's to 130's.
I'm clueless, any ideas?

The KT/V is low. Need to bring it up to 1.5 or higher and you will probably feel better.

I went through the same thing until they got my iron over 30 and I changed to twice weekly on epo. My doc said all of my labs were normal and there was no reason for me to be falling asleep at work (big help there). We're all different but I'll tell you my energy level got better when I got active again in my gym. A sleep study and new CPAP helps a lot too.

KT/V is the only thing that jumps out at me. My center's goal for kt/v is 2.0 though I don't know if that's a universal standard or specific to DaVita.

My understanding is the Medicare standard is 2.0 for Hemo and 1.8 (I think) for Pd.

another thought is B12 vitamins. I was always tired too. Then my wife was watching Dr Oz and he was talking about B12 and such. So, we decided to try it and it made a big difference. Grumpy

I was the same way and the dr order B12 shots for me and that really helps. The only thing I find is on the day I get it I'm a bit hyper and then it levels out until like now, I'm due for it again and feel a tired again. Then caffeine is my friend.

My nephs said it wouldn't hurt, but again, they didn't want to prescribe it. So, I'm taking over the counter. Grumpy
