With the summer now taking hold in sunny Melbourne, I'm trying to keep to under a litre a day... and it sucks. I'm resorting to ice blocks, which provides a bit of welcome relief. I can't really guzzle now even if I wanted to, before I feel poorly after it. This is going to be the hard part about this crappy condition.
