Me too beachbum, I may not know you but it saddens me to think you would take you life over all this. I hope you OK.

@gothiclovemonkey I agree with you completely, IHD is truly a very caring and wonderful family!!

beachbum I hope you are alright. You ARE important and God loves you and there are other people that love and care about you too! God doesn't make a mistake, there is a reason you are here, theres a reason we are all here. Please allow those that do care about you (even if its an online community, we are still people) to help you. I can't offer shelter like lmunchkin but I will be praying for you and if I ever see another opportunity to help I will do what I can.

I think he has blocked all members.  I tried to send a message also.   I am worried.

Imunckin,  You make me proud to be a little part of your life.  You are amazing.  Not many people I know would open their home to someone they have never met, or know nothing about.   You are very special.  I love your kind, generous, loving heart.   I hope we hear something positive soon.   Thank you for being such a good samaritan.   :cuddle;    :2thumbsup;

He may not be answering due to no computer access. If he is basically homeless he probably has no way to respond.

Munchkin,  God bless you!  Please, Beachbum, take them up on their generous and compassionate offer.  I want to see you smile again.  It's really cool that ihatedialysis exists.  No one can relate to you more than a fellow dialysis patient.  Other people just can't understand what it is like.

Beachbum - If you're willing to talk (and I am not going to judge, preach or anything like that) I may be able to help you brainstorm some ideas. I worked in Boston for SSA for several years before moving up to NH. I may be able to help you locate some resources to help you out. I also know that if you wanted to move up to the live free or die state, you can often rent an apartment up here for MUCH cheaper than you can in the Boston area. And you'd be starting new if you will. And I could point you in the direction of some good docs up here as well. If that is something you'd be interested in exploring, I can help you locate some resources on that, too.

Also, I hope nothing awful has become of you, but if anyone has his full name, I can check the news and such to see if I see anything...

October 2008 - Listed in Region I

May 2009 - Started in Center Hemo

Thank you smcd23 for your offers.

Sluff, you are right.  I wish he could let us help him in some way.

Did he ever send any contact information?    Members --- please pm Okarol with your contact information, name, phone number, any info at all.  It is kept private.  She is the only one with access to the info.  But, in times like this, contact information can be so important.

Sluff, could he PM someone since he is blocked from receiving a PM?  I haven't any PM from him at all!  I am very worried for him.

Paris, I appreciate your kind words, but you my dear and many on here would do the same thing if you could!  I have been Blessed with a kind husband who is generous and we would open our home to Tommy.  Even though we may not know him or his character, we do know he suffers from this dreadful disease.  Plus, he would be a lot of company to my J.  Our church would help with getting him a place, if that is his wish, but we would take him in for sure!

It's not about me, its about his being homeless with the health issues he has!  That frankly, scares me more than being homeless.  He doesnt get dialysis, he will die.  I do not want that to happen for the reasons he wants to do it.  If he truly wants to stop D, then he needs Peace about it and not the resentment that has built up in him.

Everyone here has reached out in some fashion.  It makes me proud to be a part of this site.  I thank the Lord for sending this site to me.  It has helped us in ways that I never could imagine.

Tommy, praying your are okay, brother!  Maybe you will hop on and let us know that you are okay!

God Bless,
lmunchkin :kickstart;

No one is blocked from pm' another member. The only setting I have control of is no more than 3 in a certain time frame which is to keep spam to a minimum.
