I've noticed it takes about eight hours to recover from dialysis.  Right after the treatment my head feels empty.  I'm starting to wonder if it's dehydration.  Does anyone have any tips on how to mitigate the "brain dead" feeling one gets right after the treatment?  I always feel good the day after dialysis, but the time period right after cleaning my blood feels like this:  :Kit n Stik;

I always handled the after effects by sleeping. Very productive I know.

I had that especially bad today. It's like I'm very slightly drunk, I can't judge distances or speeds as well as usual, everything feels flat, and I have trouble thinking, especially coming up with words. It usually takes me 6-10 hours to recover. Even right now I keep zoning out as I try to write this.  :banghead;
