Didn't Work Out and Update

Hello, Everyone!
I'm sorry for not writing for a while, but it has been a hectic last month or two.
The last time I wrote, I said I would be doing my own
needles, but unfortunately, that didn't go as I had hoped since the placement of my graft made using only my left hand very difficult to put the veinous needle in. The nurses ended up helping so much(not that I was careless) that they were worried about multiple needle sticks on the same day weakening the graft. So, the "grand experiment" only lasted about a week.
Last month, I was having trouble with severe swelling in my right arm.
I had a fistulagram, which also included the insertion of a stent into the vein behind my right clavicle. After four painful, pressure-inducing angioplasties, the swelling in my arm started going down the next day. Now, both arms are about the same size, and the last time they measured
my flow with the transonic, my flow went from 260 pre-procedure to 550
a week later. That's really good for me!
So, other than an issue with a 14 year-old retina detachment that popped loose three weeks ago that is being taken care of, that's just about it for now.
Someone had asked me about doing my own needles the last time
I wrote, so I apologize for taking so long to respond.

Jon, I'm sorry it didn't work out to do your own needles.
On the other hand, it is good they got that flow going strong again. Too bad it was so grueling! Here is hoping that it will be smooth sailing now~

It is not for everyone, Jon. You owe no apologies here! Glad that everything is smoothing out for you. You certainly deserve some settled moments in all this "Madness". Good to Hear, Jon!

I hope things continue to improve!
