I know not all of you keep up with my blog but I thought you might like to have this recipe. This has been my go-to sandwich bread for the past year.

LOL, I was just about to ask if you could use a breadmaker, and then I saw your instructions for said labor-saving device.  I'll try it (the lazy way)!  Thanks!

Remember to cut the recipe in half or your machine will overflow-ish.

I'm trying this recipe as I'm typing.  I have a "Dinner for Two" bread machine so I had to downsize the recipe.   I did add 33g of crasins to the recipe this time.
