how should I sleep?

Just wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to sleep. I've got my now functioning graft in my right arm, and while it's healing I'm using my catheter for dialysis which is on my left side, the only way I know to sleep is on my back which I don't do very well. I'm afraid if I sleep on my sides I'll damage both accesses. Any ideas?
Thanks.

You might try sleeping in a Lazy recliner type chair.

That was my first thought
My PD cath is on the left side of my abdomen, and I didn't have any problems sleeping on that side while it was healing. JMHO-YMMV

That's what I did. I slept in my mom's rocking chair. We did have a lazy boy chair, but after sitting in them 3 days a week, I didn't want to sleep in one. I did that for about two weeks. After that, I was used to the feeling, and was able to sleep in my bed, on my back. Now that I have my line out, I do sleep on my right side again on occasion. I still generally fall asleep on my back, though

the catheter is in your neck or chest? I have a fistula on my left arm, and a catheter on my right upper chest/neck. I am able to sleep on my right side even though the catheter is there. Maybe yours is higher in your neck? Also, my fistula is in my left forearm, and I'm able to sort of lie on my left by keeping my shoulder forward, and leaning back a bit onto a large body pillow. I think you just want to make sure you don't restrict the circulation to that arm. USE LOTS OF PILLOWS!!!
you can prop yourself in a legal position! best wishes

My line was in my chest on the right side, just above the breast, and just below the shoulder, so it hurt to lay on my right side. Even after the line was out, it hurt to lay on that side until the tunneling went away.
I have a weird thing now where if I lay on my right side, both my hands go to sleep
