Just wanted to give you an update on my earlier potassium post, it was really 4.3 and not 9.3 It was deffinatly a lab error!

May 13, 2009, went to urgent care with shortness of breath
May 19, 2009, went to doctor for severe nausea
May 20, 2009, admited to hospital for kidney failure
May 20, 2009, started dialysis with a groin cath
May 25, 2009, permacath was placed
august 24, 2009, was suppose to have access placement but instead was admited to hospital for low potassium
august 25, 2009, access placement
January 16, 2010 thrombectomy was done on access

Thank goodness Sullli! As you are probably aware, my husband was 9.3 before. You must have freaked when you hears those numbers. in all honesty, if that were the numbers you most likely wouldn't have been here to let us know.

That made me laugh, LOTS!  Damn you, I was aiming for a miserable day!

Glad your potassium isn't really at freaky levels sullidog.  Those pesky lab errors, eh?!
