I should note that I tried using the other links, and the downloads and my computer won't download the Microsoft program.... is it because I have Windows 7??

I do not know what you mean by other links and downloads, but Windows 7 should not have any problems. I have Windows 7, Vista, and XP and do not have any problems. Unless you are talking about picture resizing.
But to post a picture (size in the 600 range, medium on some resizing programs best for all to easily see and load on other computers), go down to Additional Options and click on that. Then Look for Attach: and to the right of that is the Browse button. Click on that and search your computer to where the picture is located you want to post. Double click on that picture, add some text to the post and click on Post. If you click on Spell Check first, you will have to reload picture again and then click on Post.

Hope that is what you are looking for.
