I'm looking to get back into shape after starting the cycler and I was wondering if any folks out there either do P90X or a similar workout like it. I am for the most part quite active but after carrying liquid in my gut at all times, it has slowed me down and I have put on 15lbs. I'm looking to drop that plus tone up. Any experiences with it or ideas would be appreciated.

You shouldn't have any problems doing a workout like the P90x that any other person doing it would have. The only advice you really need is to be as 'dry' as possible when doing the workout. If possible do it completely drained. You'll be apple to move easier and lessen the chance of a hernia. Otherwise, just go at your own rate and keep at it. It will take time to see the results. And don't get frustrated when you can't move at the same levels they do. You'll get there, it just takes time and determination! Good Luck!

If this is the same work out I see advertised on tv I know someone who does this it's a real workout! Too much for me lol. A young guy he can handle though lol. I do see him sweat an AWFUL lot during it. Good like. I'm sure you'll be ripped in no time with that workout.

I'm looking to start June 1st. And I'm hoping I can stick with it daily. I have a four year old special needs child who takes up a good portion of my non-working, non-dialysis time, so here's hoping! I'll definitely post before/after pics if and when I get underway.
