I'm not great help here...I'm allowed to eat whatever I want....my phosphates are low...so I need to drink more milk and cheese, chocolate, etc....sorry I can't help.
Yes am on dialysis for about 5 months now...although it feels like an eternity. I do home hemo, 5 days a week, 4 hours. One of my main problems is that I feel very tired most of the time...because my hemoglobin is 90 or so. Using Aramesp to catch up.Most of the time I'm not even hungry....
