I used to have this huge glass stein  - it was a shooting trophy from one of ex-hubby's competitions.  I could fit an entire tray of ice cubes in it, then fill it to the brim with ice cold well water.  I miss the clink of the ice cubes and the heft of it in my hands.

Yay, I had my clinic appt today and my weight was down, my BP was down, and my heartrate was up - mild dehydration. I have orders to drink as much as I want and not worry about salt for now.  :yahoo;

While taking big gulps?  :rofl;

I took swimming lessons at the YMCA when I was very young... I remember the instructor kept teasingly asking me if I was "drinking her water" because I'd always end up swallowing water and burping through the whole lesson.

Making your own is part of the fun of them, Chris.  Melted choc chips and halved bananas on skewers - its not complicated, and you get to lick melted chocolate off your fingers. . .
