Went out o eat at Chili's for lunch with a friend and we both forgot to order the bacon. Of course she had to copy what I ordered  :stressed; Ordered Chili's new onion jalepino strings and that was nothing like the pic and no jalepinio either it was  :puke; Should have went with their mountain chocolate cake, but did not want to, so that's why I had the onion  :puke;

Still craving that banana pudding ice cream though that has been mentioned :2thumbsup; :rofl;  I can seee my potassium going up now.

Angela515 mentioned going to a buffet after the transplant,i hate to burst that bubble, but that was one of the first things the transplant dietician told me, no buffets. because of the low tolerance while on the anti-rejection drugs, you can't take that chance of bacteria or anything, doesn't that suck?  We just can't win!

I'm with Wenchie, I have been to buffet's and haven't had a problem. Yes my transplant center warns us about going there, but I think that is more for when you first gotten your transplant.

Artichoke hearts I haven't had in years, but love them.

today's craving - blueberries in milk with a little sugar on top.  I got the milk and blueberries this weekend when I went grocery shopping, but I had to wait until today to eat it - I was already fluid overloaded, and didn't dare risk the extra liquid.  Dessert tonight, though!

No, it's at a bakery store in Chicago that has a location inside the transplant hospital called au bon cafe. Think it's a local chain of stores though, but made with real corn. It is really good even though it's about $2.00 for a mini loaf.
