Honey Glazed Lamb Chops
 (serves 4)

From The Irish Kidney Association

4 lamb chops
2 oz (50 g) butter or margarine
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
black pepper

Season the chops with pepper. beat the butter or margarine until pale and creamy. Blend in the honey and mustard to form a smooth paste.
Brush the honey mixture over the chops, cover and chill for about an hour.
Grill the chops under a hot grill.

Don't forget to count soup, sauces, jelly, custard, etc as part of your fluid allowance!!
