That is true, billibags, our own cooking does taste very nice as well.
We buy our vegetables and ingredients in many different shops and it is sometimes complicated and time-consuming.
Quality vegetables and fruit, salad, flour, ingredients etc, cost much more than the “pierce, ding, eat” ready-made or frozen food, “laced” with lots of salt.
After all, we still have to cook our food and it does take lots of our time to do so.
It seems to have become very expensive and time-consuming to keep my kidneys functioning for as long as possible
and I feel sometimes as if I cook and bake as people have done hundreds of years ago, but I live in a modern age
and all I want to achieve, is just to keep my kidneys functioning for as long as possible.
