Ok.....  I feel like I have just roofed a house or hiked 10 miles  or something..... just about everyday my body feels really bad....its hurts all over... like my muscles have been over used..... that is not the case.... my body feels like I have the flu with no fever.... every inch hurts... even my toes...     I have noticed this for several weeks now....     Are these the signs of to many toxins..... or is this just old age stuff....
Sometimes when I really need to get things done  I will take a couple of saved pain pills and then I feel really good.... but I cant take them everyday........  right..........

Wow, I wish I could help you with that. But, for several weeks? Might want to call your Dr.

It could be a sign of under dialysis, or it could be a sign you are taking off too much water.  Try to raise your dry weight and run for an extra 1/2 hour each session.

I am not on dialysis yet......  my GFR is 11  and I my fistula is only 5 weeks old..... last blood test showed phos at 5.1....    going to starting to eat more tums.....    I do take bumex ( diuretic ) and I am still urinating pretty good.....  I cant sleep well... I was up untill 2am last night and now up at 6am....
So if this is what phosphorus can make my body feel like  I am not likeing this... . small headache all the time, and my body feels like someone beat me up......I am going to start eating more tums and I guess I better visit the food list and really start a better diet of low phos foods....... see if this helps....

I felt like that in the couple weeks before I had to be admitted for emergency dialysis, especially the muscle soreness and joint pain.

I am going to spend some time really looking at my diet......   and take the tums for binders.....   The biggest problem I have is the water weight....  I gained three pounds since saturday.... and I think its because I didnt take any water pill yesterday as I needed to drive to another town  which as three hours away..... on those days that I have to go somewhere and I dont take the water pills and then I gain alot of water.... I dont feel well,  feel bloated and fat.....  now today I will take some water pills (bumex) and then I will start loosing the water and then the body pains will come back.....  I think I have more body aches from the water pills or from loosing the water... and that is what makes me sore.... then I get the cramps... and the cycles starts again.........    Crazy.... Even if I dont eat   I can water weight..... can loose weight like that........

Wish it would just get better.......
