My dear friends, it is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that Dad passed away this afternoon, it was very sudden but his heart could not take any more.

Thank you all for the advice, love and support you have always so freely given.  I love you all very much.

Oh, no, Rose, no!  He had fought so hard and so long.  I'm so, so, so sorry for you and for your mum, as you two have been right there with him helping him fight.

My heart is breaking for you.  Bless your dad's soul and may he rest in peace.  I'm still sending prayers and thoughts your way for you and Mum as you deal with this.  What a good daughter you've been to both of them.  Love you.

Dear Rose, I am so very sorry.  You have all fought a brave fight.  Your sweet Dad has been through so much and now he is free from pain and can rest.  I worry about your Mum. How is she doing?  And you - you have had a lot of loses in your life.  You live with grace and strength.  Our prayers will be with you all during this difficult time.  Sending you love   :cuddle;

Thank you all, we are doing OK at the moment thanks Paris, I expect it will sink in later but we take comfort in the fact that Dad is no longer in pain and is at peace.

Thank you all for supporting us once again  :grouphug;

This is sad news Rose.

I am hoping that you and your mum will find strength and consolation in knowing that there are so many kind folks thinking of you.

May your dad finally rest in peace.
