yea, but that dude was nuts.  At first I thought the were stopping creativing thinking and didn't like that, but he was wreckless.  I hope he's gone...

The going it tough though.  I had a tech stick me 3 times and finally made it bleed all over the place.  I cursed like a Twirl.

crawford  -- ask that person sticking you if she has a relative at the Conroe Dialysis --  my comment

has to do with the pearls before swine -- okarol closed the thread

I think it is rather a good idea to close threads that are disruptive.  I know people make me angry in here at times for refusing to listen but this thing was stupid.  There are other places you can discuss (argue) issue if you have a serious interest but these never seem to get serious from either side.  Thanks for shutting it downn.

I guess it depends upon whos opinion makes for a well run sight. I used to come to IHD everyday until someone one day just took off a thread that was really just about to come to fruition. Not a word, just one day it was gone. So much for non-censorship. It made me angry. So, I just quit coming. Lately I've been visiting, but I don't really believe in IHD anymore.

Hurlock, there have been more times than one that I planned to leave, and then I realize that, even though I don't  like all the rules (however this is one that I like and think should be used more often), that I still have excellent friends who are members and whom I don't want to lose.  Mostly I ignore the rules or follow them and make fun of them.  But I don't come here for arguments either.  Well, maybe if they are good fun which many are.  Thank goodness there are a couple of people who like being bad as much as I do.  I'd never mention the name, would I Cheryl or Bernadette or Vikki.

It may not be that the thread just dissappeared, but it may have been moved.  I know I asked Sluff to move one of my threads to Premium Members because I was afraid someone from the clinic would see it and make things worse for me.  It is still there, but they would have to PAY to see it and I know they won't do that.  Glad to see you back Hurl.

The thread probably got moved to another area on the site. Sometimes Mods move threads because they are in the wrong area at first.  It is our job.  We do move some things around to make it easier for members to find things in proper area.  As a mod I do not tell members I moved the thread.  I assume you will go look in your threads for it, if you want to find it again. You can always go look up your old thread replies under your profile.

Darn, missed something I did not cause or get into an argument with  :rofl;

As far as the rules go, they are necessary and are out of respect for what Epoman has created. I would suggest reading old post to get a better understanding of why there are rules. You don't have to like them, just respect them. And as others have said, it may have been moved and if you do not have your settings set right, you won't get a notice that it has moved

The one is question was NOT moved nor closed.  I had just made a suggestiong that maybe it should be.  Rules, like laws, should be evaluated as the times change.  What if we still stoned prostitutes to death?  What would we every do?

Also rules are like laws in that you can break them and rarely get caught or punished.  But when you do get caught,,, mmm, ask Bernie Madoff?
