I was curious if anyone knew how many liters make a kilo?  I am tryin to measure my fluids (which i have never had to do).  I know it sounds silly but just curious if anyone can answer my question or to give me an example of how much a kilo would be?? (a cup of water, 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of water etc)

A bag of saline is a liter and a kilo.
1kilo = 2.2 pounds. 
1 liter = 1.05 quarts.

What ReRun said. Basically 1l = 1kg so it's pretty easy to make that conversion.

A liter and a kilo are the same and they are equal to  33.8 fluid ounces.

For UK members, the imperial conversion factors are:

1 liter = 0.88 imperial quarts

1 liter = 35.2 imperial ounces.
