Forgive me but what is chicken paillard?

It's boneless chicken breast pounded until it's very thin, then quickly grilled or panfried.  I panfry it and make a lemon butter sauce with the pan drippings.  It was yummy.

Last night my wife and I went to the Cheesecake Factory with a friend of mine.  We had never been before and I have to say the food was really good.  Also the portion size definitely matches the price (Cost is a little high, but the portions are huge).  I had an eggplant sandwich with red peppers, onion, garlic mayo, and mozzarella cheese.  It was quite yummy.

We had sort of a one-pot wonder - ground beef sauteed with onion and zucchini, seasoned with pepper and garlic.  Served over rice.  I added parmesan cheese on mine.  It was really good, and the first time I've cooked in several weeks!  :clap;
