Don't you have Sonic there?  I'd be heading to Sonic way before McD's.  I love the Orange Creme Slushes and Butterfinger SonicBlasts.  Hard to get more renal unfriendly than that.  

I had grilled steak, french green beans and buttered noodles for dinner.

Have one for me.  Our nearest Sonic is an hour away.  :(  We sometimes drive out there with a cooler to get ice.  Love those ice pellets.

Wooohooo - first visit to the family restaurant for the season - oink, oink, oink, I had the buffet!  I had turkey, broasted chicken, prime rib, mashed potatoes and gravy (there was a little salad and garlic bread in there too).  Well, my albumin is low anyhow, right?  I had the house specialty for dessert - bread pudding with raisins and cream.  Heaven!

I had leftover shells and cheese sauce from the Italian restaurant we went to Friday night. Then Ben and Jerry's Cheesecake Ice cream.  I am not attempting to add salads into my diet.  There are greens in the fridge tonight!  And I do not mean mold.

Yep.  I learned about it from Zach.   :2thumbsup;
