Last night I had grilled salmon, steamed veggies (squash, zucchini, onions) and a yummy salad.

Tonight I am having a mini meatloaf (which is meatloaf but you put it in little mini-individual cake pans) so you get a small portion nd one serving without overdoing it, and steamed veggies, and salad. :)

My husband and I know most of the truck stops out there, the Flying J has a good restaurant and they are all over the country. The Petro Stopping Center is good. There's this one truck stop in Maryland that has a huge parking lot for trucks. I think it is a BP, and they serve wonderful lasagna on Wednesdays. I don't know if they still do. :clap;

Flying J truckstop restaurants are ok, but I prefer the TA restaurants myself.  I just think they have better food most of the time.

Tonight I am having Chicken and Rice bake.  You put a can of cream of chicken, cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup in a dish, put uncooked rice in it, and boneless skinless chicken breasts. Cook.  When done top with cheese.  And a salad and steamed cabbage, Yum :)

How do you say bad?  Today it was some leftover Armenian style barbecue from last night.  Beef and chicken kebabs, rice, yogurt, salad, and a bit of pita bread.  The bad part was a glazed cinnamon roll I bought for the kids the other day.  They didn't eat them all so I had one today.  Good taste but a bad move!
