God only knows.  I made a pot roast the other night. I threw it in a roasting bag and poured a can of Pepsi over it and added some salt and pepper.  It turned out good! Hubby made mac and cheese to go with it! (Kraft kind).

Pizza party at my dad's place with all the nieces and nephews!  Whooohooo!  I'm bringing fudge for everyone.  And salad for me, so I don't eat too much pizza and fudge.

Sounds so good Susie, I'm continuing on my diet meals tonight chicken parmigiana, total of 390calories or1634 kilojoules. The meals aren't bad and while I'm losing weight with them I'll keep going for a lil while, but good for an indication for portion sizes I should be having.

Goofynina, I really hope & pray your stress levels go down and you are able to go back to enjoying food again. I also pray that the situations causing your stress are resolved.  :grouphug;

Fortunately, Heph & I aren't off our food and we just had omlette with onions, mushrooms, peppers & sweetcorn and fries. It really was very, very yummy!  ;D
