God only knows. I made a pot roast the other night. I threw it in a roasting bag and poured a can of Pepsi over it and added some salt and pepper. It turned out good! Hubby made mac and cheese to go with it! (Kraft kind).
Tonight i had BBQ spareribs, spanish rice, chili beans, corn tortillas and some slivers of avocado. Yummo

Yummo Sounds so good Susie, I'm continuing on my diet meals tonight chicken parmigiana, total of 390calories or1634 kilojoules. The meals aren't bad and while I'm losing weight with them I'll keep going for a lil while, but good for an indication for portion sizes I should be having.

Not feeling too well today, didnt eat until 5:30 pm and i ate 1/2 of a BLT and maybe 10 fries, now here it is 1:15 am and i just ate 5 saltines with philly cream cheese just to try and settle my stomach, man, i hate not feeling good, scares the bejeezes out of me
