I cooked for the first time in what seems like months.
2 pork chops--seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic 'n' herd Mrs. Dash.  Ohh la la.....
garlic mashed potatoes
frozen corn w/ the butter chips in the bag.
dessert--small bowl of ice cream w/ chocolate and caramel syrup and nilla wafers

I was trying to keep the vampires away w/ all that garlic   ;) :lol; :o ::) :o ::)

I made Butterscotch Clusters but I don't think they turned out that great!!

12oz pkg. of butterscotch chips
1/2 of a 6oz pkg Chow Mein noodles

Melt the butterxcotch chips in a double boilier and stir in noodles.  put teaspoon scoops on wax paper.  My problem is the scoops are too big.

It says no potassium or phosphours.....
