Tonight I'll try a meatload. Surely there's a recipe on Food Network. I love cold meatload sandwiches.... GOOD bread, cold meatloat and mayonaise. Yeah.
Del, frsh pan fried cop spunds great!! I use to cook, back in ancient times, even baked (cakes, pies,bread,and cookies) but could never get meatloaf right. Mine was We're having BLT's tonight. Long time since I've had one and I'm looking forward to it. And, it's not chicken My first wife could really fry chicken, my grandmother taught her how. I liked the feathered beast then. One of these days will have to relate a funny story abput her relatives and fried chicken. Whatever your having, I hope you like it.
