Leftover chuck roast, small pieces, 4 fresh carrots, sliced. 2 T of creamed corn.Just enough water to cover and cook. Cook spaghetti, put on plates, cover with the meat and vegetables. WAH-LA, stewghetti!!!!!! Dang good too. Plus of course 1 piece of garlic bread.

Either Thai or Tex Mex, if it is cool enough at dinner time. Otherwise a left over chicken sandwich.

just had an apple salad with raisins, pecans and celery and mayonaise.
To hot to go out.
Opened up the turkey concoction left over and the smell reminded me of my burps the night before when I first ate it.

Supper tonight was a 45 minute walk followed by a visit to Baskin Robbins for a cone of Perils of Praline. It was so delicious. Frozen vanilla yogurt with pralines, bits of chocolate crispy stuff and ribbons of caramel. Only 4 grams of fat, instead of about 20 grams in their regular Pralines and Cream. It was a really lovely day here so I gardened hard this morning then had lunch downtown at a nice restaurant with my mother-in-law. Not at all hungry really so the cone was the perfect solution.

A simple omelette with some aged cheddar, lots of chives and half a leaf of fresh basil, edamame (fresh soybean) and daikon (giant radish) salad with chopped parsley and finely chopped tomato. Also some wheatberry and sunflower seed salad. Organic blueberries and yogurt for dessert unless I feel decadent and pass by Baskin Robbins for a Perils of Praline frozen yogurt (low fat) cone during my early evening walk.
