At the center Monday the dietician's staff had all cooked or prepared something to taste (renal recipe)...Some of it was quite good. One guy made sausage. He handed out a booklet with the recipe. It was delicious. Problem, the recipe is for patties but he stuffed his in a casing and grilled it. How the heck do you stuff sausage in a casing. The basic recipe is fairly simple but wouldn't it take forever to cram it down some kind of gut?
