1993 diagnosed with glomerulonephritis.
Oct 41, 2007 - Got fistula placed.
Feb 13, 2008 - Activated on "the list".
Nov 5, 2008 - Received living donor transplant from my sister-in-law, Etta.
Nov 5, 2011 - THREE YEARS POST TRANSPLANT!  :D

A one piece is barely acceptable in my Vegas hot tub!!!! I suppose I have to allow it given I'll be wearing on!!! ROFL ROFL ROFL !!!   :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;

Found out I had kidney disease when I was 15.
Started dialysis when I was 20.
Got a kidney transplant when I was 25.
Kidney failed at 37 and I began my second journey on dialysis.

THAT is what your boyfriend left?   He's crazy!  You're beautiful!!!!!!!!!

There is NO WAY I'll be in a two-piece, but I'll work on a one-piece body.     NO WAY  I say!!!   I have a Frankenarm now!  I don't even go sleeveless - and that's just the arm.  My fat body is a whole other issue!

And what my husband doesn't know won't hurt him!    ;)   If he goes with, he'll be too busy gambling and smoking big fat cigars!  But then again, if you have lots of women in two-piece bathing suits in a hot tub he might just have to join us.  You'd be his hero, Richard!   :clap;

Wow Beth...sounds like your plate is full. I am hoping your transplant last many more years. My transplant didn't last long enough either. I had mine for 17 years. It was a good run but not long enough for me. ;)
