I am trying to use my liberty cycler. I can get it to fill and drain but it won't change to another bag. does anyone know why?   Is it because it is trying to switch during a fill? I have a call in to tech support but haven't called me back yet?  I am the first one at our clinic to have one, my nurse doesn't know how it is used completely either  :'(   any help would be appreciated   thank you
