It is what it is . . .

I started dialysis this week.  Was in the hospital for 3 days and did outpatient on Friday.  Did ok.   Blood pressure dropped  in the hospital once.  It has been low without meds since I've been home.

Takes some adjusting but I'm so glad that it's not been too awful so far.   :cuddle;

Dialysis is not the end of your life, but the beginning of a new way to live.  Follow your do's and don'ts and diet.

Thanks everyone. I haven't met with dietician yet.  Supposedly next week.  I met a very nice man visiting from Oklahoma at dialysis on Firiday and was impressed with his courage.
