I hope all of you patients complain to the health department.  :banghead;

I locked the other thread because it was way off topic. Don't worry.

no, I was the only clown act
but then I would not sign a consent form to get the pneumonia shot
and I was the first patient to be approached
maybe they learned something
and let me add
they were not friendly to me today

to bad! you're not responsible for covering their collective buts. if asked again remind them that requesting/requiring you to complete paperwork to cover their mistake is FRAUD!, NOT LEGAL in any way shape or form. i like the idea of reporting them to the health department, i probably would, but that's just me. sorry you have to put up with this sort of thing.

Oh no twirl!  What happened??

I have to find your other post to see whats going on!

EDIT:  Nevermind, I found it.  Just .. wow!  Usually my unit makes me sign the consent form first.  I would DEFINITELY get in touch with your doctor.. the nurses were just trying to cover their butts by saying "its the nurses job to tell the doc, not the patient's".  Eff that.  I was just talking to a social worker today about that - we need to take charge of our own health as much as we can!

Keep us updated if anything results from this!
