Every time I visit a Forum I have to search past the pinned Topics I've already read.

It would help if the titles to them stood out.  Maybe bold or Italics so one could slip down to the "real" Threads.

I find it more efficient to click on "Show unread posts since last visit." at the top left of the page next to my login name - that way I don't have to go forum by forum, and I can choose what I want to read.
Also, the stickies are red and you can just skip past them to the other icons.

Unfortunately that doesn't address the problem which exists when you first visit a Forum or are scanning Thread titles.

Like I said perhaps they'll change the pinned ones and we'll have options in scanning Threads and returning to read unseen Posts.
