The Renal Gourmet - a cook book by a kidney patient.  My dietition gave me the URL to order one.  So I did, to go along with my other bazillion cook books.

It looks like it has a lot of good recipes! Keep us posted when you start trying them out, OK?

RERUN WHERE ARE YOU!!!  :-\

What do you think of the cook book? Is it worth getting posted to Australia?

I need help with my Phosphate levels and I am clutching at straws  :P
While shopping today I looked at every label and we do not show all the nutritional information.
So I am meant to guess what it contains  :-\ >:D

If any of the Aussies out there have a good renal cookbook can you please PM me.

Thanks   :D
