I would love to chat, but all I get is a blank page
I've tried searching the web
I'm thinking it's because I use aol
Maybe someone can point me in the right direction?

Breezy, I use AOL and chat fine.  I would guess it's a firewall issue.
But I am mildly stupid about this computer stuff.

Wish I could help but I have never heard of this problem before.

Maybe RossMAN will be able to give some advice.

Don't push tht button, push the other one

Ok seriously, have you recently installed or uninstalled any software?
You may need to download Adobe Flash player or Shockwave Player again.
I take it AOL is your internet connection or provider? Not your web browser? Not aware of them having their own internet browser, but could be wrong. Check for updates for your browser. But thinking that you can get to the forum, but not the chat room, I'm thinking there is a software issue somewhere.

Which operating system are you using?

I'm thinking AOL has a setting that needs to be changed. They probably have a pop up blocker, a phishing blocker, and a couple others. I need a computer that uses AOL, but not putting it o mine. AOL is not te easiest to get rid of because they like to hide stuff on your computer that takes up space on the hard drive.

Alright, I got the latest version of 'flash'.
What I didn't do was update it in my operating system.
It must be frustrating to be an IT tech.....
